These Terms of Service govern the sale of goods through this online store operated by MARV, s.r.o., authorized distributor of the incognito® brand for Central Europe.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts of sale concluded between the seller and a buyer (consumer or business) through this online store. They form an integral part of the purchase contract.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

Product listings on the store are an invitation to make an offer.
By submitting an order the buyer makes a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email.
The buyer is required to verify the order summary before final submission.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in the displayed currency and include any applicable taxes. The seller is currently not a VAT payer. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (card, bank transfer, cash on delivery where available).

5. Delivery

Delivery times, methods and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of damage to goods passes to the buyer upon receipt.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in line with applicable EU consumer protection law. Details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Warranty and Complaints

Statutory rights from defective performance apply. Consumers may exercise rights from defects within 24 months of receipt. Complaints can be filed by email at info@incognito.eco.

8. Intellectual Property

All content of this website (texts, images, logos, including the incognito® trademark) is protected and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by Czech law, with mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of residence preserved. Out-of-court consumer disputes may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (&Ccaron;eská obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz). Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Final Provisions

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The version in force at the time the order is placed applies to that contract. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
