Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the sale of goods through this online store operated by MARV, s.r.o., authorized distributor of the incognito® brand for Central Europe.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts of sale concluded between the seller and a buyer (consumer or business) through this online store. They form an integral part of the purchase contract.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • Product listings on the store are an invitation to make an offer.
  • By submitting an order the buyer makes a binding offer to purchase.
  • The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email.
  • The buyer is required to verify the order summary before final submission.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in the displayed currency and include VAT and any other applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, together with the total amount payable, before you complete your order. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Portugal and Monaco. Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the buyer when the buyer, or a person designated by the buyer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in line with applicable EU consumer protection law; we voluntarily extend this period to 30 days. Returned goods are sent to our fulfilment centre: Authentica Fulfillment s.r.o., Syrovice 688, 664 67 Syrovice, Czech Republic. Details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Warranty and Complaints

Statutory rights from defective performance apply. Consumers may exercise rights from defects within 24 months of receipt. Complaints can be filed by email at info@incognito.eco.

8. Intellectual Property

All content of this website (texts, images, logos, including the incognito® trademark) is protected and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by Czech law, with mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of residence preserved. Out-of-court consumer disputes may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, coi.gov.cz. Consumers resident in other EU Member States may also contact the competent out-of-court dispute resolution body in their own country.

10. Final Provisions

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The version in force at the time the order is placed applies to that contract. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
