Incognito.eco is operated by MARV s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 05898587, VAT ID CZ05898587, Medkova 1591/34, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. We ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Portugal and Monaco.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking link once your parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery is typically 2–3 business days within the Czech Republic, 3–5 business days to Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, and within 7 days to France, Portugal and Monaco. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you may set us an additional reasonable period for delivery and, if we fail to deliver within it, cancel the order and receive a full refund.

The shipping fee depends on your delivery country. The full amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Poland — 5.90 €, free from 60 €
  • Hungary — 6.50 €, free from 60 €
  • Germany — 6.90 €, free from 60 €

  • Netherlands — 6.90 €, free from 60 €
  • France, Portugal and Monaco — 12.90 €, free from 100 €

In Poland and Hungary you pay in złoty or forint; the amounts above are converted at the current exchange rate at checkout. We dispatch from the Czech Republic and ship only to the countries listed above, all of which belong to the EU customs territory, so no customs duties or import charges arise on your order.

Risk of loss and damage — we carry it until you receive the parcel
Your parcel travels at our risk. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it; you do not need to claim against the carrier yourself.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we refund the price of the goods; the cost of re-shipping is payable by you.

Returns — who pays what
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason, and we voluntarily extend this to 30 days. If you change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back to us. If the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay it. Returns are sent to our fulfilment centre Authentica Fulfillment s.r.o. in Syrovice near Brno.
