Shipping policy

Incognito.eco is operated by MARV s.r.o., Company ID 05898587, Medkova 1591/34, 500 02 Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic. We ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Hungary.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking link once your parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days within the Czech Republic and 3–7 business days for other supported countries, depending on the carrier and destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you may set us an additional reasonable period for delivery and, if we fail to deliver within it, cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the full amount is shown before you pay. Delivery is free above the following order values:

  • Czech Republic — 1 500 Kč
  • Slovakia and Germany — 60 €
  • Poland — 250 zł
  • Hungary — 25 000 Ft

Below these amounts a flat shipping fee applies. We dispatch from the Czech Republic and ship only within the European Union, so no customs duties or import charges arise on your order.

Risk of loss and damage — we carry it until you receive the parcel
Your parcel travels at our risk. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it; you do not need to claim against the carrier yourself.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we refund the price of the goods; the cost of re-shipping is payable by you.

Returns — who pays what
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason, and we voluntarily extend this to 30 days. If you change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back to us. If the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
